About Us

Applied Software has a successful track record of over a decade providing solutions based on leading edge technologies to the customers in India and the United States.

The emphasis in the past has been on professional services - especially custom software development. We have worked on large complex turnkey assignments for business and industry, financial services institutions, banks and stock exchanges on a wide range of platforms.

We have built up strong domain knowledge and expertise in the financial services and securities industry while working on large mission critical applications and providing professional services on an on going basis for over a decade. In the last two years, we have been investing to convert the business know how and the technical strengths into intellectual property and moving into ready products and solutions markets.

Our range of offerings now include:

• Ready products and solutions for the international financial markets.
• Customized solutions and services covering custom software development, migrations, managed operations and contract resources.

We have recently launched WealthSpectrum - an enterprise class Wealth Management platform. We plan to continue to work in the investment and wealth management arena targeting the international markets by establishing partnerships with product providers.

We and our subsidiary in the United States - Applied Software, Inc. are entirely funded by promoter's capital and retained earnings and there is no outside borrowing or funding to date.

Management Team

Kirit Parekh, Managing Director
Kirit Parekh has about three decades of experience in business and in senior executive positions with large corporations including IBM and Ingersoll - Rand. He holds Master's degree in engineering from the University of California, Berkeley and Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Pittsburgh.

Mihir Parekh, Director - Product Development
Mihir Parekh has worked with Oracle Corporation at the headquarters in Redwood Shores, California as a software developer for the supply chain modules of the Oracle e-business suite. WealthSpectrum was conceived by him and he left Oracle Corporation to get into business. He holds Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Gujarat University in India and Master's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Oregon Graduate Institute, Beaverton, OR and holds several professional certifications.
